How long does it take to frame a house?
A typical single-family home takes 2-4 weeks depending on size and complexity. Multi-story or complex roof designs may take longer.

What drywall finish level do I need?
Level 3 is standard for texture. Level 4 works for most paint. Level 5 is for high-gloss paint or areas where light will show every imperfection.

What siding is best for Spokane weather?
Fiber cement (HardiePlank) handles our freeze-thaw cycles best. Vinyl is more budget-friendly and still performs well. We'll help you choose based on your budget and goals.

Do I need a permit for a deck?
In most cases, yes — especially if it's attached to the house or more than 30 inches off the ground. You'll want to check with your local building department on permit requirements before we start.
